Chris has been creating art since 2002. His paintings have toured Ohio through Key Bank’s Accessible Expressions Ohio (AEO) since he began entering work in 2003. He has received recognition and ribbons from the local fair in the Fine Arts Division and has work exhibited locally through the arts council. Chris has also appeared in an exhibit called “Artists with Aptitude” held in Sandusky, Ohio and the statewide exhibition for artists with disabilities called “Images Seen”. This exhibition was held at the Rhodes State Office Tower.
Chris enjoys working with bright cheerful colors and has dome work in acrylics, pencil, and mixed media. He has been mentioned or featured for his work in the visual arts in several newspaper articles and other publications.

He stays very involved with advocacy for people with disabilities by attending local chapter meetings of People First of Ohio. Chris volunteers for a local nursing home and a local shelter house. His interests include weight lifting, bowling and other sports.
